You drive. We work the next load.

Your first call is with a dispatcher: your equipment, where you want to run, how the desk works, and the documents to start.

There is always freight on the board, and there are always a hundred other trucks calling the same broker. A dispatcher earns their money in that gap: knowing which loads to call on, what the rate should be with deadhead counted, and which reload gets you home or keeps you out of a dead market.

IULink Dispatch is a dispatch desk with ten years on the boards. We dispatch owner-operators and small fleets across all 48 contiguous states. We work remotely, by phone and email: your truck is on the road, and so is our work.

The next load, booked before this one delivers

While you drive, the desk works the boards for your reload. Every offer is priced from where your truck will actually be, so the highest posted rate isn’t always the one we take.

What we do for your truck

  • Find the loads. We work DAT One and Truckstop every day, plus broker relationships built over years.
  • Negotiate the rate. Every offer is judged on the real rate per mile, deadhead included, not the posted number.
  • Plan the next load before this one delivers. The reload is searched while you are still rolling, so you are not sitting empty on a Friday afternoon.
  • Broker setup and paperwork. Carrier packets, rate confirmations, check calls, POD, invoices or factoring submission.
  • Detention, layover, TONU. We check the terms on the rate con before the truck moves and request detention in writing when the clock runs.
  • Your lanes and home time. Tell us where you like to run, where you will not go and how often you want to be home.

How we plan your week

  • The round trip, not just the first leg. Getting a load out is usually not the hard part. Getting a good load back, from the right place, at the right rate, is.
  • Deadhead from where the truck really is. We price empty miles from your truck's actual location, not from the nearest big city on the posting.
  • Tolls, traffic and appointment windows. They all eat hours. We count them when we compare loads and set pickup times you can actually make.
  • Lanes that fit you. Lanes that keep you near home if home time matters to you, or that keep the truck moving if miles matter more.

How we start

  1. 1You tell us about the truck. Fill in the form: your MC, where you are based, where you like to run and how often you want to be home.
  2. 2A dispatcher calls you within one business day to talk lanes, freight and how we work.
  3. 3We get set up. You send your carrier packet once (MC/DOT, W-9, insurance certificate, factoring notice if you factor).
  4. 4We start finding loads. Rate cons, check calls, detention, POD and the invoice are handled from the first load.

Why IULink

  • Ten years on the boards. We have dispatched through good markets and bad ones.
  • The TMS is included. Your loads, documents and invoices run on IULink TMS, the system our own desk runs on, while we dispatch you.
  • Get it in writing. Before the first load, ask any dispatcher, us included, for a written agreement that says what they do, what they don't, and how either side can end it. Our guide on dispatch service agreements lists what should be in one.

Questions drivers ask

Can I stop anytime?
Yes. If dispatch isn't working for you, tell us and we stop. No minimum term.
Which states do you cover?
All 48 contiguous states. On the first call we'll tell you which lanes we work best for your equipment.
Do you have an office I need to visit?

How do you charge for dispatch?
We talk pricing on the first call, once we know your equipment, your lanes and how many trucks you run.
How fast will I hear back?
A dispatcher calls within one business day of your form.
